Refund, Returns and Product Approval Policy

Our Quality and Service Promise to You

I Wear I Care strives to deliver the highest quality face masks, buffs and other PPE possible.

Although perfection is our goal, nobody is perfect! In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Our Accuracy Guarantee 

  • If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. We will also email you pre-paid shipping labels so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.

Cancellations

Unless you have ordered a custom design, cancellations of your order are accepted up to the day it ships. If your order has left our facility, the cancellation will have to become a return. Please follow the instructions above for a return.  Cancellations of custom orders are only accepted for 24 hours after payment.

Complete Design, Order Review, & Customer Approval Process

Our Content Guidelines are in place to optimize both your experience and our production process in order to deliver high quality products on-time. How we treat your order and how quickly you will receive it will depend on whether your order meets our Content Guidelines or if we have to work together to determine an appropriate design.

New Orders

Our customer service team will review your order to ensure your idea will work when printed on a face mask or other PPE. 

If your design will be printed on five or more pieces, we'll send you a digital proof of your design. This is your opportunity to see what the final design will look like on the product you selected. We’ll ask that you review and approve that proof before printing begins to make sure we have every detail just right. The quicker you can respond with approval or changes, the more quickly you will receive your finished product.

Communication and Updates

We will strive to keep you informed through every step of the custom design and printing process. Accuracy and deadline are our top priorities, so we will email you as your order progresses.
